1、 Shoulder strap (arm in arm)
The terminology of this part is the same as the common name. The fabric of the shoulder strap is usually made of the "fabric" or "ingredients" of the bag body. The structure is two layers, and the center is stuck with a layer of backing PVC (PVC is divided into two types, one is made of fabric and the other is made of backing.) or "kraft paper" (kraft paper is such a material, and some kraft debris is inside). The connection between the shoulder strap and the bag body is usually "hook" or "circle" hardware, The two parts of the hardware hook, "connection" and "tension spring", are usually simple and bad. Pay more attention when buying a bag! If it is a "iron wire" circle, pay more attention to the interface of the circle. Some circles are "alloy" die-cast. Without the interface, this kind of hardware will be centered!
2、 Pocket zipper
The zipper is composed of three parts, zipper, pull head and pull tag! The two ends of the zipper are usually made of nylon. The "zipper teeth" in the center are mainly divided into "rubber teeth" and "metal teeth". How can you tell whether a zipper is good or bad? At the top of the list, see if the "zipper teeth" have fallen (thin places);
Second, pull the pull head several times to see if the pull head and zipper are connected smoothly; Third, after tightening the zipper, some of the zigzag zippers can be stronger. 3、 Bag body
The professional terms of some parts of the bag body are commonly called different in backpack customization manufacturers. The fabric of the bag body is called "main material", and the fabric of the arm and the bag mouth and the binding edge is called "ingredients". The front of the bag body is called "front panel", the back is called "back panel", the cloth body is called "side panel", the pocket outside the bag body is called "outside pocket", the pocket inside the body is called "inside pocket", the pocket in the center of the inside body is called "middle pocket", the cover of the pocket mouth is called "cover", the buckle connecting the cover and the bag body is called "Lizai", and the two parts connecting the hand and the pocket mouth are called "ear". The structure of the bag body is usually three layers, 1. The outside is cloth; 2. The first layer in the center is the backing PVC or paperboard, sponge, "light glue", "back glue", "nonwoven cloth" and "skin paper" and other raw materials, which can be identified by the feeling of the hand. 5、 Hardware
Hardware is usually divided into "iron wire" and "alloy" according to raw materials. How can you tell? Just use a magnet. The wire that can be tightly absorbed is iron wire, and the alloy that can not be tightly absorbed. The hardware of "alloy" raw material is more exquisite than that of "iron wire" from the perspective of technological function, and the hardware of "iron wire" is more rough. Alloy is more expensive than iron wire! Sometimes the "shopping mall" buys a bag, and it doesn't take long for the hardware to rust, and the surface cortex begins to fall. This is the reason why there is no "oil sealing" in the hardware manufacturing. The hardware without oil sealing is very simple to oxidize and rust, and the surface material of the hardware after "oil sealing" is not simple to oxidize with air. What kind of hardware is now sealed? Very simple, just two points:
1. Smell it with your nose. It's a bit like this;
2. Touch it with your hand, it has a slight greasy feeling. The hardware for sealing oil is more expensive than that without sealing oil. Generally, the low-grade package is "iron wire" hardware without "sealing oil"!
The color of hardware is usually divided into white (terms are divided by characteristics: cyan, broom, pearl, etc.), cyan bronze (terms are divided by characteristics: cyan bronze and broom cyan bronze, etc.), gold (terms are divided by characteristics: sub-gold and pearl gold, etc.); The terminology of hardware is mainly used to distinguish its characteristics: "Le" means the hardware with a common sense of gloss, "Sweep" means the hardware with a strong sense of gloss, that is, the color is brighter, "Pearl Le" means the hardware with a soft sense of gloss, and "Ya" means the hardware with a fuzzy sense of gloss. No matter what color hardware is, it will not fade. Some people mistakenly think that hardware will also fade. The most important thing about hardware is to be afraid of cracking of the outer skin after rusting. The "bronze" color hardware is usually sealed with oil. The outer part of the bag body is usually made of 20 # (thicker) nylon thread, the inner part is usually made of 40 # (thinner) nylon thread, and the inner lining is usually made of cotton thread (604 is thicker, 606 is thinner).
